RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Under the following conditions, you may return or exchange the products within 14 days from the date of delivery:
   • Electronic/Electrical item you intend to return or exchange must have to have a manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired without compromising the item quality or does not match the specifications stated on our web store.
   • Electronic/Electrical item must be in its original packaging with all the original content, including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals and/or digital content. If any of these are found to be incorrect then the refund will not be processed. 
   • Electronic/Electrical item, unless defective, must be in resalable condition.
   • Food, unless expired at time of delivery are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
   • Product of personal hygiene, personal grooming or its nature are not eligible for returns or exchanges   

HOW TO PROCESS YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE

1. If you would like to return or exchange an eligible item within 48 hours of purchase, you may contact our customer service center and we will arrange for pickup from the invoiced address stated in your invoice. Original invoice must be presented 
2. If you would like to return or exchange an eligible item after 48 hours of your purchase, please return the item with the original invoice to the below address

3 Your refund against returned items will be made in the same form of payment made at the time of original purchase.

1. You have the right to receive your refund in full, we will not deduct any kind of transactions fee or delivery fee from your refund amount.
2. Refund settlement will take place once the returned product has been received back and a quality check has taken place. This procedure normally takes 4-5 days, then 14 business days to issue the refund. Please be aware that sometimes the refund will not show on your account until the next statement cycle is issued from your bank.  

WARRANTIES

1. Only items that specify a warranty provider and a warranty time frame on the item's product page at time of purchase are eligible for warranty.
2. Warranties do not cover faults caused by misuse, physical damage, water damage, software viruses, unauthorized attempt to repair or alter with software, programs or accessories. 
3. To benefit from any existing warranty, please provide the original invoice to our service center detailed below.

DELIVERY POLICY

1. Machine orders are delivered within 2-4 days
2. Non Machine orders are delivered within  1-2 days
3. Once you have received the order, we will provide you the invoice, and it will be a confirmation that you have received all items purchased in the order.
4. If you are not present at the specified delivery address, we can deliver the order to any person you authorise at the specified address and receiving the order by them will be a confirmation that you have received all items purchased in the order.
5. If we reach your address and fail to deliver the order, please contact our customer service department to arrange an alternative delivery time. We will not be responsible for any orders that are not delivered within a period of 30 days after the date of purchase.
